Returns & Exchanges

Don´t worry we have your back! We understand our clients are not able to try on our items before purchasing. Our policy lasts 7 days from the day your order was delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, all original tags and swimsuits must have the hygiene liners intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Feel free to contact us via email at hello@palmera-swimwear.com we will get back to you within 24 hours with instructions on how to complete your exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Custom Orders

Custom Orders are made especially for you and because of that they are non-refundable.

Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your Palmera Swimwear account.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or need another size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@palmera-swimwear.com and send your item to: Po Box 566, Mayagüez Puerto Rico 00681.

You need to cancel or change your order?

Fortunately, orders are processed quickly but because of this if your order was already shipped we will not be able to make changes or cancel the same. Moreover, if you need help immediately after purchasing please contact us via hello@palmera-swimwear.com to assist you.
